Anyone skimmed through the proxy? Mention of a vote to give permission to consolidate shares at a ratio of 25 to 1.  Not a fan, last consolidation I watched in MJ market caused a free fall before consolidation finalized and has remained static since. We have all shown patience, when will CRU update us with MJ market plans ??(good or bad news is better than silence)
