RE:Unethical but not a crimeThe Forward Looking Statement doesn't make it legal to provide false information, it's not a license to say wathever you want. 

It's the gray zone where the lawyers are doing their business. And that's why investors don't sue too often.

If you lose money on a crooked company you don't want to spend more money on crooked lawyers and get nothing in the end.

Even if you win your trial, in the end you will only cover your lawyers fees.
