RE:I have been unable to do any responsible researchI felt the same a little but the MMJ opportunity warrants a spot position since I believe SG is a shell position for a reverse takeover with Northern Lights being the new company going forward....

In time we will know....and I agree, more information should be forthcoming to take a strong position.
