RE:RE: Triumph law suit $455 mil.  Exactly my point . You posted it early this morning and nobody is interested . Triumph will have to line up behind the law suits of two Lear 85 suppliers who got stiffed by Bombardier . And the only thing stopping a threatend law suit by Toronto`s TTC is that the gutless bureaucrats don`t know how to proceed. The Triumph law suit isn`t a one off event . This is becoming a pattern . Yes . The Rock is right . Trade this in and out like a penny stock .
