Yeah, I was kind of wondering when the SP ran up over $4 that day. Makes it easier for PI to sell the placement to their clients at $3.63. Wish now for certain I had found some shares to borrow/short. From a corporate perspective, they are striking when the iron is hot. If someone wants to give you $10 million (bought deal) at 3 times the price of your last financing, which in essence was the beginning of November, then, hey......plus it gives the company more cash to pursue the rec market in terms of growing space........ From my perspective (locked in until March 11 on the non-brokered $1.15 placement) if someone wants to pay that much now it only solidifies my position, although the SP will likely come down approaching the $3.63 level tomorrow. Because PI is proposing a short form prospectus, these 2.7 million shares will be free-trading, diluting the float but also possibly providing more shares for shorting purposes. That may be a blessing disguise for locked in positions in that it may provide at least a partial exit prior to March 11 when the bulk of the previous placement comes free. All in all, it doesn't seem terrible to me, just typical, but then WTFDIK. Form a corporate per
