RE:RE:RE:emc warrants at 3.67???the reason PI agreed to a $3.63 bought deal is because it's a considerable discount to what they determined the market value of the share to be.  It won't drop to anywhere near $3.63...well, unless of course PI is completely off the mark, but they could've easily determined they're getting discount of 5%.
