RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TECHNICALLY...Searching for good people in the tech market vs. hiring good people in the tech market are very different things. I think the company would suffer big time if they didnt have at least a backlog of people they would like to talk to once contracts are signed. It was scare me significantly if they werent looking. It doesnt make me want to buy more shares however seeing them keeping their ear to the ground.
