Had faith in the management would do something to unlock stock holder value, but so far nothing.

With the retail cut thoart environment, even thought HBC invested heavliy on the online business to compete with Amazon but I just want to point out that Amazon is different than all those retailer selling their products online, it is also a platform for everyone to sell products and make a buck. The success of Amazon is they provide a great platform for buyer and seller to buy & sell stuff and Amazon profit with the commission on each sale.

I would rather take a loss and invest something more promising then sit and wait for the management to do something about it.

Just to add to this what kind of customer service they have when they have their secruty staff attacked someone without even do their investigation?
