This is just plain rediculous...
Why would management risk going to jail for a few thousnd bucks.

STOCK PRICES TAKE TIME

May it be manipulation, greed, fear, news all these things affect stocks - you will go insane trying to find a reason why stocks move the way they do. Everyone just need to be patient. Learn some technicals and you will realize quickly that the price action on this stock is well within the norm.

We had an impulse up from upper 20s to 40s and now it's consolidating (a healthy consolidation). Now wait for the next impulse up.

stocks move in a way that you get an IMPULSE and then a CORRECTION (consolidation).
Impulses happen quickly while consolidation take time.... everytime this stock consolidates people get impatient and cook up reasons why it's not going up. NO STOCK GOES STRAIGHT UP.
