RE:AleyBUCKOR2, nice to see you have made some friends on an informative board, never posted on it before but have read it lots and have been following TKO.
You told me you did not know a lot about the mining sector so going to bore you a little on Net Present Value (NPR) compaines throw that number out lots so hear is a simple version.
Total value of all your potential mining material minus royalties, production costs and taxes.
Alway be conservative and discount at least 10%, as these are estimates based on projected metal prices and projected reserves etc. things can change quickly. That is the value of possible revenue over the mine life.
There was an NPR of 870 mil put on Aley in 2014. Have a look at another Taseko project,
called Prosperity, it has a NPR of over 3Billion, if that pans out it will do very well for Taseko, or even if they sell it.
As for your concern about the Natives, there are reserves around Mackenzie but have not heard of any issues and don't confuse this with the Mackenzie Velley pipe line route, not any where near it.
Also if you look under evironment canada you will see that there has been somy activity done on Aley as well. good luck and think you are making a good investment on this one.
