You claim you watched it. You don't have very good information retention. Phase 2 has LONG been completed. Some say health Canada has already given it the green light. Vic says 2 weeks as of that taping. In the same interview Vic said phase 3 is 20% complete. This was in early December. Also says it will be completed in September of 17. This gets them to 300k feet. Its all in the interview you claim to have watched. Phase 4 gets them to 1 million square feet. This is all common knowledge, which you clearly don't have much of. Oh did I say 2 acres?
