The property has three oil pools, both producing under Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) schemes, that are fully delineated by vertical wells and defined by three-dimensional (3D) seismic. Its wholly owned subsidiary is Hemi Energy Inc.

agree'd. wouldnt buy this company here. maybe at a nickle. but we saw how fast TBE TUS LTS and the like fall when bankruptcy is near. if they dont do an equity raise or stellar production and cashflow this company is toast....
