RE:How to manipulate the stock price to get what you want

RE:How to manipulate the stock price to get what you wantMy point is: the stock price is already down 12% in the last 4 trading days and the management keeps pouring the bad news "to help" the stock price go lower. In my opinion this is engineered move to keep the stock price falling, maybe in the range of 2 - 4 dollars and after that they will take the company private for a few hundred millions dollars. That will take time, so we'll get bad news all year long. By the way, I didn't see any news saying they are going to close the underperforming stores or cut the workforce like Macy's.
