Thanks for pointing this out to me.  I agree that TBE's chances do look better than Nordegg Resource's chances.  But it is encouraging to see Nordegg's receivership is dragging out.  I would bet that TBE gets resolved first, and in a more positive way.  There is information out there, for us to analzye. 

Let me get back to you, in a few days: difficult to calculate a precise probability, without more research.  There is some information available:
