I've had my finger burnt a few times before. I'd rather invest in AAL at $1 plus, with confirmation of the funding in place. ORL is in the driving seat since it owns the exploration rights to the properties.
There has now been a long period of time betwwen the deal being announced and I find it surprising that no RNS has been issued confimring the funding, without which the deal will not proceed.
The deal is very attractive to ORL because they get the exploration funded for free but maintain strong control of the resource via the 30% plus stake in AAL If AAL can't raise the cash some one else who may have a better source of funding will, with a similar deal.
