Interesting how all these bank brokerage experts have opinions "after the fact", which tells me none of these experts are the experts they just pretend to be. The bottom line is no one really knows where this stock is headed but it doesn't look promising and investors would be wise to avoid this pig. Until HBC management can monetize the real estate holdings that aspect of the equation is just another unknown that shouldn't be part of the forecast calculation.
