Lord real Level 2 would be very very helpful... since 1 million of th ask at .12 is also gone. They may have no reserves at .125 and up. But there are about 18m (asks somewhere in the merged spread last tiem  I checked. Or did they just show up for this battle, and are now withdrawing?

Static spread at thin bid to larger ask means the ask retains the initiative, and can take it lower with little new effort..
