I just spoke to their CFO and they are a legit start-up out of Waterloo and Vancouver. Their background is mainly in tech but they have a lot of contacts in the junior mining industry. The drillfunder platform allows us to become early stage investors in mining/oil exploration companies and even become co-founders on a new property or project. We can interact with the geologists and even visit the property in some cases.
