RE:RE:RE:Ground employees suffering for sareholders Don't mean to scare you sweetbabyjesus. But a lot of those guys who were wasting money like that have left the patch 2 years ago and moved on to other jobs, back to school, stealing jet-skis or whatever else they needed to do to survive. They arent in the patch anymore. Drilling rigs are having a hard time to find entry level rough necks to work the floor. 

Those that are left were the guys with experience and arent as desperate for the work as you think. I've already have my exit set-up and used this huge downturn in oil & gas to become quite profitable. Just getting a few more field days in before I give my notice.

It seems you have the impression that drilling 5000m multilaterals are easy and any drop out can do it. You'd think if it were that easy Trinidad, PD, Nabors, Ensign and others would have no problem finding workers. Same thing with the service industry right? But no one is signing up.
