RE:RE:CapitulationPerhaps this is the bottom.  I am looking to see when the institutional buyers start to stick their noses in and the trades start to go in thousand lots instead of the one hundred lots presently in play.   If (and it is a big "if") all of these analysts consider 13.50 as their new target than why would they not start buying at this price?  That's close to 40% on a dividend paying stock.  But I also share a complete mistrust of these RBC, Scotia, and CIBC (to name a few) analysts who dole out free advice.  I learned long ago that free advice is worthless.
