These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

Although there has been considerable chatter on this

Although there has been considerable chatter on thisboard about the value of HBC real estate, management hasn't shown any interest in unlocking that value for the benefit of the shareholders so it might be wise to just forget about this stock.
