IMO, it's a great deal for a company as small as ALX ... there sp has risen over 50% in the last week alone.

Yeah, Denison wouldn't be waisting thewre time on that property if they hadn't already poked and probed it for a while already. They obviously see great value and so do the the insiders as they too just finished with their warrants matter.

This company too will be a short term winner.
