RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NRNYCJohn,

you wrote, "I get replies quite promptly from IR. No one here is calling it your first rodeo so not sure why you threw it in there."

1) My replies are not so prompt. Weeks waiting for a reply is not uncommon. I understand that we've had a holiday break recently. I'll give IR another week before sending another identical email or phoning. The responses received from IR are almost exactly those posted by others. Joann simply cuts and pastes.

2) The HatesShorts character assumes I'm a shorter. Perhaps I should have been. I'd have made a bundle. That's why I "threw that in there." It was to clarify to him specifically that many here have done much DD and have seen debt ladden companies fail. I did name him specifically as the poster I was addressing as I recall.

On a different note, the communication piece is awful. Hoping for guidance. Sorry for saying this but I look at the price drop as something more sinister. Management has the ability to provide good news when it deems necessary. They can provide early guidance as they did last February. They can also release information that certain licensees came online since the Q3 release. I'm really not liking what I'm seeing from management. The only thing keeping me in this name is the possibility of being a tier 1 provider of igaming to tier 1 B2C firms. NYX can be a software monster. So far, it has not demonstrated that ability. It also has not provided the financial support structure to deal with the debt on its books. It needs to be profitable. Can't say that enough.
