Maybe I am wrong but this Funding looks absolutely terribleI have been in this stock since November 9th and I have been very bullish on it. This new selling of shares makes me very skeptical of the company now because of the timing. The CEO has spoken with Myron Ebell (the EPA transitional head) so I imagine he has some idea of how he expects the new EPA to react concerning the veto. Given that they stalled the court case until March to what appeared like simply waiting for the new EPA to come in and remove the veto. Explain to me why they would decide to do funding now when all they had to do was wait maybe 1 month more and the share price would be signifcantly higher because it strongly appears the new EPA will remove the veto. Why Dilute the shares now which hurts the shareholders even more then if they merely waited. Also as I understand did they not have the money to finish the lawsuit? The CEO also stated they had companies lined up to partner as soon as the EPA Veto was lifted? Given this info why did they sell that many shares if they expected the new EPA to remove the Veto and they had partners lined up? This doesn't make any sense. Could someone explain this?
