RE:RE:Maybe I am wrong but this Funding looks absolutely terribleOn video at a conference the CEO stated that if the EPA Veto is removed they are already in talks with some Major Companies who are interested in partnering. Given the size of the mine and the EPA backing off, I have no doubt partnering would be difficult given that they had partners before. My issue is the time is terrible. Given the new EPA adminstration it seemed very likely the veto will be removed and the share price will skyrocket. They would be in a much better position to dilute shares then because less dilution will occur due to higher share price. Also from what I can recall they locked in the money required to go through with the lawsuit so on that front it shouldn't cost extra for the veto to be removed.
