Could it be? Something positive???

Could it be? Something positive???Has this company actually made progress here? Could they be turning the corner finally? Maybe I need a lot more coffee, but it almost looks like PHM may be a company again. I think there is a chance for this yet. Anyone in at much higher levels like me, have any thoughts?
