For sure PE seem to be operating in quite an expansive mood, given the number of holes being sunk in Clayton Valley and the recent investment in Argentina for one to think that they are not too worried about where the next lot of cash is going to be sourced (and I expect some activity there in the near future) So availability for cash may not slow them down. Presumably there is work going on that we don't know about re the scaling of the Bateman process. Maybe the much delayed PEA may become more of a feasibility study when it is finally published.
There is however the building of the plant to be reckoned with and with the best will in the world, it takes a good 12 months to build a new plant once designed. Mid 2018 for early production is about the best I could envisage.
