I'm holding on to mine. The pathway to a higher stock price is pretty clear. As development assets mature, NAV will increase and money becomes available to be invested with a good yield. Buybacks and investments by DAM show confidence in the value of the development assets. These guys are developers so I trust they know when things are going well. Should start to see dividend increases perhaps in a year.
