Resource Companies aren't valued by their income because they have none. Its the value of their deposit which NDM has a huge deposit! Largest in the world untapped. 20$ a share is not out of the whelm of possibility. It may not happen by Jan 20th but if EPA is gone, and partner has lined up it will go that high.
