patents

I really wanted to ask about the patents, but Peter was so terse with the No after my question , I was scared(lol). Maybe someone could tell me. I looked up and Dragonwave does have patents. Some are in their name. And some are in individual 's names. If they sell the company , maybe some might not be attributed to Dragonwave?. I really think it's time for a hostile takeover. The insiders own virtually NO shares. They are'nt buying any to appease concerns of shareholders or even give some positive karma.
Interesting enough, price today seems to be supported on the Nasdaq. Wonder if they have the next pp all lined up which should be very soon, , or they have a bigger plan?
