Goldcorp?

Goldcorp just freed up $350M by divesting in Mexican property. They are interested in growing low cost production in Americas. Would giving 20M shares plus the $350M cash make sense for Integra. So a $1.40 to $1.50 a share for ICG. I would take that at this point.
