petrobank is touchstone

since petrobank is touchstone exploration Since 2014 petrobank changed its name to touchstone exploration lnc. Prior to 2014 it was stated that petrobank owned 57 percent shares in petrobakken. Does anyone who is a shareholder knows anything about this. Is Touchstone exploration supposed to be producing oil in alberta. Im not sure if touchstone exploration has oil/gas licences in alberta.
