Why are you on this site. I have been gathering info and have names that l cannot disclose, but have tried to hint about my findings .Either people are dreaming about money on here or people are calling people stupid that bought shares. Luckily, non of these people are in my face since they would be sorry. Reality is those people take a hike, you make me sick! I am on here to share info an hopefully someone can take it to a lawyer in Alberta so something can be done. The alberta securities commission and Ontario securtities commission will most likely not return any of our money. But there are many type of lawsuits that include piercing the corporate veil which is when you try to prove officers and directors are guilty. There is also oppression remedy and derivative action which is part of Ontario business corporation act and Canada business corporation act. Why do you think the creditors won in lightsream they claimed oppression remedy not even hard to prove.
