RE:RE:RE:RE:A pretty strange acquisition for an exploration company

$or2,  you did not read far enough,  the biotech piece has nothing to do with Levon Resources the exploration company,  the wording in that article you posted may have gave you the wrong idea.

Levon Resources today is just and exploration company with the one main project on the go,  that is the Cordero project,  they have some other property but the Cordero is the main piece.

They have about 14 million in cash and have some shares of PGLC and Great Thunder Gold.

The Management team is still intact from the old Levon Resources,  there head geologist is Vic Chevillon.........at the bottom of the page is right off the company website is a pretty good description of him,  a solid mining guy and he owns a lot of shares of Levon.

Back in 2011 when the stock was trading at about $2.00  (silver was 40-50 $ then) the company did a fiancing and put about $40 million cash in the bank.   The plan was to sell the Cordero property for a good price and then carry on with more exploration at other locations.

Prior to anyone taking out Levon  the bottom fell out of metal prices and share price went all the way down to .20-.30 cent range.   The company sat on the $40 M for a couple of years trying to wait out metal prices.  Nothing seemed to happen and then Ron (CEO) and team married up to the biotech company.

So bottom line your LVN shares will not be tied into the biotech piece and yes there is lots of mining experience and propety is very well drilled out.  The low grades are not as much of a concern when you have a huge strip mine,  there is water, power and transportation at hand as well.   If silver gets back up to 30-40 and Ziinc keeps climbing this will be a pretty attractive site for a  strip mine.............read the piece on Vic below

Bunje is very knowledgable about the resources and all the history as well and may want to fill in a few of the blanks I may have left out..........not telling you to buy but do some more reading and make your own decision.
