Pure Energy Minerals Limited is a Canada-based lithium resource developer. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties. The Clayton Valley Project contains an inferred mineral resource of approximately 218,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). The Clayton Valley Project is located in central Esmeralda County, Nevada, approximately halfway between Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, United States. Its Clayton Valley Project in the Clayton Valley of central Nevada for the exploration and development of lithium resources, comprises 950 claims over 23,360 acres (9,450 hectares). In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

The most recent MD&A statement which you can access on Sedar via the PE web site (or Sedar direct) gives a good picture of where PE stands.
Water rights-applied for.
PEA to be issued in early 2017.
Batemen process pilot plant to be built after PEA is issued.
PEA to be followed up with feasibility study.
At END of q3 PE held circa $5M cash (IHMO more will be needed soon probably to be raised post PEA)
