So thus far He's a Director with every other company that has a direct and indirect busiuness link to MGA.

He is on the Board of Directors at Toro Energy Ltd., NexGen Energy Ltd., Terreno Resources Corp., Mega Precious Metals, and at Kerr Mines, Inc.,

every thing that involves him seem to do very good, icluding his past jobs ... look at his background...
