I have an update on AGG..... The only thing that will kick this sleepie to wake up is a financings deal..... which seems to be elusive (if not illusive?!) for nearly one year now.....

Why the heck it's so difficult to find financings if it's low capex and its DFS released for its vast resources and wonderful NPV and IRR numbers??....
