Or it could be another pump and dump. Saying DYODD don't mean isn't not potentially a scam. Stockhouse is now the scam forum of the world. Mostly cause there mods don't give a $hit and don't ban IP addresses. So people just make new accounts. But they make money from pumping so it's expected.
