Reason to Buy ?Yes. They sold their software in Canada to Telus for 14M dollars. They also sold their software in USA. They still have the same software for sell to any other country or they can develope  other software to stay in bussiness. If they sell for 14M dollars to other country price will go to 0.15 as per current market cap. Company is not out of the bussiness yet. Need more news from company. Do your own DD.
