RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Don't care what anyone saysI'm reminded of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry is at the rental car agency because the car he rented got in an accident with George driving and he's told that the contract he signed only provided insurance when he was driving, not anyone else.....the agent with the rental company says:

"Did you read the rental contract" 
To which Jerry responds....
"Have you seen that rental agreement?  Its longer than the Constitution"!!!

That's the long answer, the short answer is I have not read my borkerage agreements 100% in its entirety.  

I just checked though, and the bank through which I have one of my brokerage accounts does have it as a stipulation.....which is what I expected.
