Something FishyTo those who convinced themselves TerraNova had a case. You've been conned, and not by the LND BOD.
To those who think there is something off about one company you own contracting products or services from another company you also own, have you never run a business? If the product or service is competitive, you would be a total fool to go with the competition.
So there certainly has been a lot of fleece applied to eyes around here--by the TerraNova scoundrels through their blatant manipulation of market sentiments. If you want to sue, many of you have been shooting at your defenders while your supposed allies milked you for all they could get. Time to take proper aim. Know your enemy.
As an outsider who paid no attention to obvious "D&G" mudslinging (troling for dollars) since before I bought my first PHM and CXV shares 10 months ago, I did begin with a bias against the accusers. But with good reason; their argument was the same drivel offered by bashers even before I started investing in any of these companies.
These accusations gave me a strong DD motivation to re-examine my own "confirmation bias," which effects us all. IMO the most successful investors are those capable of re-examining their previous judgments in a deliberate attempt to see how your own belief might be faulty. Ego prevents most of us from trying, and it is very hard to do with genuine self-awareness.
So these accusations led me to look into Inspira intensely, to verify facts, identify credible risks, and evaluate probabilities.
On that basis, I drew up and posted detailed analysis of the probability that TerraNova's accusations might be valid (making Costine and Brand platant liars, on the record), or vice versa (all innuendo and speculation, with no fiduciary responsibility to those who believed them). If I lost you there, Terranova just executed a legal Con Job on all of you. If you had followed the money; asking "who benefits," the answer was obvious.
This probability, now proven to be true, was reinforced by the openly stated self-serving goals of the TerraNova conspirators.Their threat to take over a company worth far more than its share price in cash value alone might have succeeded, but I think they were smarter than that, and knew that was a very long shot.
Their end game was to stampede shareholders into selling cheap (to them!), and force the Inspura BOD to take radical action to defend their control, of their own company. The bonus divy was a direct consequence of their threat, and I think hey knew that would be the probably outcome. It made them winners long before the hearing this last week. As holders of 10% of all shares, they benefitted massively. The divy rewarded legit shareholders beforfe TerraNova could clean out the vault. It was a necessary defence against a hostile takeover by persons whose only motivation was to rewrd trhemsvles directly.
Beware; now they have much deeper pockets to target another company the same way.
I was on the record anticipating that Terra Nova's case was a sham and would be proven to be without merit... and they of all people knew this to be fact. How is that for an insider advantage? So their game, all among, was not to (likely) to really takeover, but to leverage a big gain for themselves and accumulate a lot more shares on the cheap.
If that was not illegal, by natual justice it ought to be, but there very same rules they claimed as lax as they accused the Directors and associated historic shareholders will provide them the same cover, except they were guilty and very careful to be sure that they be charged with anything. "We just shared out concerned opinion with shareholders," they will argue. A legal con job. Wow...
Terranova's tactics legally manipulated the SP lower, loaded up, threatened a hostile takeover through fomenting a shareholder rebellion. IMO the basher campaign was funded directly by TerraNova. Paid agitators. Make you can sue them? The moral equivalent of the Watergate burglers.
IMO TerraNova executed the same false news startegy that defeated Clinton with the saem mastery of a Putin. They pulled the strings that made the bashers danced, and too many of you ndancved to their tune as well.
How easy to accumulate from sheep selling all three companies well under book value for many months now, all on the basis of a prolonged slander--almost as systemic as racism--with the advantage that they knew all along that their own accusations were fabrications.
But the basher campaign had a bright side for the longs who trusted their own DD and reaffirmed that our initial DD had not been faulty... As a consequence I and many others have massively increased our positions in CXV and PHM since The autumn. As of today, I now have a position in LND as well.
