RE:RE:NR - Alexandria Begins 12,500m Winter Drill Program

RE:RE:NR - Alexandria Begins 12,500m Winter Drill ProgramNelson,
I think AZX tries to borrow a page ffrom ICG playbook. As I recalled de Jong had some discussion around the time of the GRC that they found some cores that were never analyzed and show some pictures of those cores, and they catalogue those as part of the data given to the GRC contestants.

That would be fine for Dr. Owens to let investors know about this "discovery", but there are quite a few questions worth raising.
- what would be the significance of pre-AZX drill holes at Zone 4
- the assay results for those holes are available, according to the NR, and those discovered  were the "unsampled" core. There must be some reason for the previous company not  to pick them  out for sending to the lab (companies do that all the time, they don't sample 100% of the cores, some were rejected because of the rock type... barren appearance). If the geos found out that those rejected cores contains VG (visible gold) then that would be something (snap a picture and show us), and it would be worth cataloguing and re-sampling, or it would be just a waste of time/money.

Why dive back to the past. Besides, the assay results for those "un-sampled core" would be historic results and may not be considered as NI-43-101 compliant, due to past practices from the previous company. AZX has been at this Zone 4 for many years and they are expected to know this like the back of their hands, hence they should go forward to continue with additional drilling, deeper than 300m for potential discovery of new high-grade zone.

The discussion on the un-sampled cores was not to the point, it's a vague general discussion. It would be more informative to indicate the location of those holes (relative to "recent Alexandria drill holes") and what kind of assays that would make AZX geos excited, way over 30gpt-m, e.g. 50 gpt over 2m?

If this NR were given to John Kaiser, the bottom fisher, he would come out with similar comments.
