NCA lists on TSX The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Newcastle Gold Ltd. will list and begin trading on the TSX at the open on Jan. 17, 2017. According to the TSX, there will be 183,632,332 shares of Newcastle issued and outstanding, with 23,718,775 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol NCA and Cusip No. 65106Q 10 8.
The TSX reports that the company has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since June 8, 2010, under the symbol NCA. It will be delisted from the TSX-V upon the commencement of trading on the TSX. According to the TSX, Newcastle is a gold exploration company that is engaged in optimizing its permitted Castle Mountain gold project in San Bernardino, Calif. The company has not paid dividends and does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.
