RE:(Shares - Issued & Fully Diluted)

RE:(Shares - Issued & Fully Diluted)
I been caught in several rollbacks of shares myself. The stock NEVER recovers and sometimes fails to even exist. A 1 for 10 reverse split is the kiss of death! That's one reason the private placement on Cypress really set me off. Cypress still has a low number of shares but a couple more placements on their roughly 6,000 acres it won't. As for Noram, their share count continues to be a problem. A couple months ago their count on stockhouse site was 114 million shares. That's when I bought in. Noram has a graphite business also and being small and cash strapped. Trying to incorporate 2 business is troubling. If they separated the 2 and cut the shares count in half. That would solve a lot of the problems in Norams high share count. Noram has 17,738 acres v/s Cypress 6,000 acres. That makes Norams share count not look quite so bad but it needs addressed. Noram drill results are due in 2 weeks. They should be good. I intend to sell a few shares just in case of a R/S. What a Reverse Split really does is get the shareholders to pay for building the company. A R/S = bad management!
