more thoughts on the news streamI know there is still work to be done regarding the spinout (picking the BOD, etc.), but I also think pushing the spinout date right until the end of Q1 (March 31st) is strategic in terms of timing.
Again, the events/news I am expecting in the nearterm are:
-purity results from this round of testing (finger crossed 6N!)
-spinout and dividend of shares
-government funding.
Once these are announced there may not be a lot going on for over a year while we sit and wait for the pilot plant to be built. During that time we will be getting fluff news like "building permit obtained for pilot plant construction". Pushing the spinout to the end of Q1 at least gives people more reason to hold onto their shares in the near term which may help buoy the share price. This stock feeds on news. Purity results may shoot this thing up, but I worry that it will retrace again without quality followup news. Thoughts?
