Ms. Andree St-Germain has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. since September 18, 2013 and served as its Company Secretary. Ms. St-Germain was an Investment Banker with Dundee Capital Markets where she served exclusively with mining companies on a variety of financings and merger and acquisition advisory assignments. 
 
She holds Master of Business Administration degree (Honours) from Schulich School of Business (York University).
