RE:No response yetNet Buying $494,165 by Insiders in the last year. Insiders bought 75,000 shares on the public market @ $1.21 on 12/22/16 and 125,000 shares on the public market in the month of November 2016. I think its safe to say we are ok.  Four(4) Analysts currently rate NYX as a BUY and 3 Analysts rate it STRONG BUY!! Q3 Earnings estimates were 0.04 and NYX DESTROYED the Analysts estimates @ 0.41 as the ACTUAL!!! Your right though.. they need to trim the fat to start building more shareholder value. This is a fantastic buy at these prices and the chart is extremely OVERSOLD..
