These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:Sorry "no bottom" in yet for retailSeeing KOHLS down 5%, Nordstrom down 3%, Macy's down 4%, with HBC in the green shows me investors are seeing more of HBC's true value. This to me is an excellent indication of where this stock is heading, both in the short and long term.
