I know something of business and no one would have signed this contract on a promise.  People like Stavros and NACOF want proof that they (and the other side) can deliver on the contract.

From that, I conclude certain things.

(1) Stavros already has signed contracts with suppliers.  There a probably a couple and the contracts should read something like "will supply up to XX tons per year for XX years at XX per ton".

(2) Stavros already has the financing in place for the trading company because he had to have it in order to sign the contract.  He's just been waiting for the offtake to be finalized.
