RE:RE:RE:RE:for or againstI like the idea but voted against, mainly due to  the management fee based on their NAV calculation.   We've been on that for awhile and look where we are.       It should be based on average stock price to give them incentive to increase the stock price.   Or use some daily average between the two.    I have 490,000 shares and been long for a number of years on and off..   Make sure you cast your vote by 9am monday.     If they change I'll vote for it.
